Attend a NEAAPA Education Session on Monday, March 3 followed by a reception at the Mystic Aquarium and dinner at the Hilton Mystic that evening. Attend the NEAAPA Education Conference, Vendor Showcase, Board of Directors meeting, and Annual Meeting Dinner including Hall of Fame inductions on Tuesday, March 4, along with a breakfast on Wednesday, March 5.

Included with all sponsorships is space during NEAAPA's Vendor Showcase on Tuesday, March 4 starting at 5pm. A Vendor Showcase space will include one 6-foot long table in the same area as the Reception before the Annual Meeting Dinner.Â
Gold Sponsorship:Â Â Â Â $1750
The Gold sponsorship includes a full page ad in the 2025 NEAAPA Directory and Buyer's Guide as well as signage placed at every event throughout the two days, on screen acknowledgment and multiple verbal recognitions by the Association President during the Annual Meeting Dinner, table tent logo placement, and one ticket for all NEAAPA events. Includes Annual Meeting Dinner & Cocktail Reception (Tuesday) and breakfast (Wednesday).
Annual Meeting Dinner Sponsorship:Â Â Â Â $1000
The Annual Meeting Dinner sponsors will receive signage in the dinner area, availability to place materials at each attendees seat, on screen acknowledgment and multiple verbal recognitions by the Association President during the Annual Meeting Dinner, table tent logo placement, and four Annual Meeting Dinner tickets.
Tuesday Night Reception Sponsorship:Â Â Â Â $1000
Prior to the 110th Anniversary Annual Meeting Dinner, guests will be treated to a reception featuring an open bar and hors d'oeuvres stations. This social networking event is the most attended event in conjunction with the Annual Meeting. Sponsors will receive signage in the cocktail area, appropriate sized signage on the bar, on screen recognition, logo placement on promotional materials and verbal recognition by the President during the Annual Meeting Dinner.
Educational Sessions Sponsorship:Â Â Â Â $750
All educational session attendees will receive information from the sponsor about their products and/or services. Sponsors will be featured on screen at the beginning of each session. On screen recognition will also be given during the Annual Meeting Dinner.
Afternoon Meeting Break Sponsorship:Â Â Â Â $500
Between the afternoon sessions, attendees will be able to have a refreshment consisting of a light snack and coffee. Sponsors will be featured on signage adjacent to the refreshment station as well as a verbal mention by the speakers prior to the start of the afternoon education sessions. On screen recognition will also be given during the Annual Meeting Dinner.
Morning Break Refreshments Sponsorship:Â Â Â Â $500
During morning registration and the first educational session, attendees will be able to have a refreshment consisting of a light snack and coffee. Sponsors will be featured on signage adjacent to the registration / refreshment station as well as a verbal mention by the speaker prior to the start of the morning educational sessions. On screen recognition will also be given during the Annual Meeting Dinner.

This includes name / logo on all attendee badges as well as signage at registration area acknowledging sponsors name with logo. On screen recognition will also be given during the Annual Meeting Dinner.
