Board of Directors

NEAAPA’s Board of Directors provides the association’s overall governance and strategic direction - making sure NEAAPA stays focused on its mission of serving the Northeast’s attractions,  entertainment, and tourism industry through professionalism, education, and support for safe, successful operations. The Board represents a cross-section of member organizations across the region NEAAPA serves (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont), along with supplier/manufacturer partners who support the industry. 

In practice, the Board sets priorities, provides oversight, and helps guide key programs and initiatives that members rely on - often through committee work and recommendations that are brought forward for Board consideration. This includes supporting member growth and services (Membership Committee), recognizing industry excellence (Hall of Fame and Awards Committees), advancing safety and security best practices (Safety and Security Committees), and engaging in advocacy on issues that affect the industry (Legislative & Advocacy Committee). The Board also plays an important role in steering NEAAPA’s major events and education opportunities that bring members together to learn, network, and do business.
